چکیده
Frequent consumption of pharmaceuticals and personal care products (PPCPs) have emerged as a current problem that highlights the pressing need for new multi-residue analytical methods allow their simultaneous determination to assess overall effect on human health. In this regard first time, versatile microfluidic based- liquid phase microextraction (LPME) method was developed monitoring ten compounds from six different classes: amoxicillin, sulfadiazine, sulfamerazine, tiamphenicol, ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, flumequine, propyl 5-hydroxydiclofenac, 3-hydroxydiclofenac diclofenac. The device combined with HPLC-UV system separation model analytes in sample. Optimal conditions were reached using 2-nitrophenyl octyl ether supported membrane, pH 3.5 donor phase, 11.5 acceptor 0.5 µL min−1 flow rate 1 rate. Under optimal conditions, extraction efficiency between 85 100% most after 10 min extraction, it successfully applied non-diluted urine, recoveries 70 all except sulfamerazine (52% recovery). addition, metabolites (3-hydroxydiclofenac 5-hydroxydiclofenac) also demonstrated systems 71 urine. proposed allowed consecutive only requires 5 organic solvent less than 15 sample volume.

Liquid-phase microextraction combined with high-performance liquid chromatography for the determination of local anaesthetics in human urine.
A simple liquid-phase microextraction (LPME) device combined with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is presented for the simultaneous analysis of local anaesthetics, lidocaine, bupivacaine, and tetracaine, from human urine sample. An organic solvent showed good compatibility with the mobile phase of the HPLC, o-dibutyl phthalate, was selected. Local anaesthetics are extracted from 6...
